As we expand operations, we are building a top-tier investment team to support our U.S. acquisitions.About the RoleWe are currently seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Investment Analyst. As we focus on growing our U.S based real estate portfolio, we are looking for a dedicated, hard-working, and financially skilled individual to help source and analyze new acquisitions - including Land, Industrial, Office, and Retail properties.This position offers outstanding exposure to U.S. buy-side transactions with direct involvement in deal sourcing, financial modeling, market/sub-market research, and due diligence. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and external vendor partners. Our target acquisitions are in fast-growing metros and suburban areas with diversified economies, primarily in the Mid-Atlantic and Southeast U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Investment Opportunities

  • Identify, evaluate, and track on-market and off-market opportunities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the firms investment criteria and target submarkets.
  • Monitor U.S. market trends and identify emerging opportunities.

Building Relationships

  • Establish and manage a robust network of stakeholders within the region.
  • Regularly correspond with brokers, owners, and other industry professionals.

Deal Execution

  • Support and coordinate the end-to-end deal lifecycle - from initial sourcing through closing - in close alignment with the firms principals.
  • Perform detailed underwriting and financial modeling for each prospective acquisition, including analysis of sales and rent comps, normalization of income statements and rent rolls, and preparation of comprehensive investment memoranda.
  • Manage the full due diligence process for each transaction, including document collection, lease reviews, and coordination with third-party vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • Prepare investment memos with well-supported recommendations and present findings to the investment committee.

Portfolio Support

  • Provide guidance on all facets of the real estate investment process.
  • Partner with the asset management team to enhance portfolio performance and reporting.

Qualifications
Education & Experience

  • Bachelors Degree or Masters degree in real estate strongly preferred. A focus on business, finance, economics, real estate, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in real estate investment, private equity, or institutional brokerage (JLL, CBRE, Berkadia, Newmark, Cushman & Wakefield, etc.).
  • Prior exposure to U.S. markets and commercial real estate transactions preferred.
  • Profound understanding and experience with real estate fundamentals, business valuation, financial underwriting, and/or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of key investment metrics: IRR, Equity Multiple, Cap Rates, DSCR, etc.., with proficient understanding of deal structures, promotes, etc.

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint and RedIQ, Argus (optional but preferred), CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, Google Earth, etc.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical rigor.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ownership mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability to U.S based real estate workflows and standards.

Working Hours

  • Standard working hours aligned to USA Daytime (9 AM - 6 PM EST), Monday to Friday.
  • Able to attend calls to coordinate with U.S based partners and stakeholders, also when needed for client and broker meetings
