Key Responsibilities

A. PCM (Portfolio & Collateral Management)

• Coordination of trade settlements for equity, debt, and money market instruments.
  
• Margin & collateral management with clearing corporations and custodians.
  
• Monitoring fund flows, settlement cycles, and margin utilization.
  
• Preparation of daily reconciliation (trades, positions, collateral, holdings).
  

• Corporate Actions (PCM)

  Track corporate action schedules for securities used as collateral Process benefits (bonus, dividend, interest, redemption) impacting collateral value Update collateral valuations post corporate actions Coordinate with custodians, fund managers & clearing corporations

B. Custody Operations

• Execution of custodial services including fund transfer and settlement processing.
  
• Maintaining securities ledgers, documentation, and reconciliation of holdings.
  
• Daily NAV reconciliation, asset servicing & client reporting.
  
• Coordination with brokers, AMCs, exchanges, and clearing corporations.
  

• Corporate Actions (Custody)

  Monitor and process corporate action entitlements (dividend, interest, bonus, splits, rights, redemption, buyback). Ensure timely receipt of benefits and accurate allocation to clients. Support claims, discrepancies, and entitlement queries with issuers & RTA. Maintain accurate records and reporting for corporate action benefits.

C. Trusteeship (B. Com Fresher Role)

• Assist in trust documentation, data entry, compliance verification & record maintenance.
  
• Support monitoring of transactions under Trusteeship mandates (Debt, AIF, Escrow, Securitization).
  
• Coordination with issuers, law firms, investors, and regulatory teams.
  
• Preparation of MIS, agreement checklists, and client service reports.
  

• Corporate Action Exposure (Trusteeship)

  Learning involvement in tracking interest/redemption schedules for debentures Supporting communication to issuers and investors for payouts Assisting in reviewing term sheet conditions related to corporate actions

Eligibility Criteria

PCM & Custody

• Graduate/Postgraduate in

  Commerce/Finance/Accounting/Capital Markets

  .

• 0 5+ years of experience

  in Custody, Settlement, Corporate Action, Fund Accounting, Broking Operations, or Capital Market Operations.
• Knowledge of

  NSDL, CDSL, NCL, ICCL, CCIL

  preferred.

Trusteeship (Fresher Role)

• B.Com/BBA/Any Commerce Graduate (Freshers Eligible).

• Strong inclination toward

  financial markets, documentation, and compliance.

Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in

  MS Excel, Reporting & Documentation.

• Understanding of

  capital market instruments & corporate actions.

• Strong analytical ability & numerical accuracy.
  
• Good communication & stakeholder coordination skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and grow in market operations.
