Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successful placements and strong vendor/client network.
  • Deep understanding of US work visas (H1B, GC, EAD, etc.) and tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed), social media, and vendor networks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Flexibility to work US time zones.
