Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Vadodara for a Bench Sales Recruiter. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and placing IT professionals in various contract and direct hire positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, negotiating rates, and building relationships with potential candidates. The recruiter will also be involved in planning and executing marketing strategies to attract top talent, as well as maintaining an updated database of candidate profiles.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing and qualifying IT professionals
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to develop and implement effective marketing strategies for attracting talent
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency with recruitment software and databases
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
• Prior experience in IT recruitment is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
