Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: Night Shift (7:00 PM IST – 4:00 AM IST), Monday to Friday

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Description

SRISAN GROUP INC is seeking an experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing our Bench Consultants (H1 Transfer/OPT/CPT/F1/GC-EAD and GC), working on C2C/C2H contract positions, and facilitating job placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Market Bench Consultants across various job boards and professional networks.
• Identify and submit consultants for suitable job opportunities.
• Negotiate the best rates and manage the hiring process from submission to closure.
• Communicate with consultants regarding job requirements, submissions, and interview updates.
• Prepare and modify resumes to align with client requirements and improve marketability.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Prime Vendors and Desi Vendors for business opportunities.
• Work closely with Tier 1 Vendors, Implementation Partners, and Direct Clients to fulfill job requirements.
• Arrange interviews with potential employers and follow up on each stage of the hiring process.
• Utilize networking platforms such as LinkedIn to build professional connections.

Requirements:

• 1-5+ years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter.
• Strong background in successfully placing candidates in contract positions.
• Prime Vendor/ Desi Vendor connections.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using job portals, social networking sites, and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work in a night shift (US hours) and coordinate with international clients.
