Ltd. as a Bench Sales Recruiter! We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to effectively fill bench positions and ensure the successful placements of IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Identification: Source and identify qualified IT professionals on the bench via job boards, social media, and networking.
• Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, understanding their career goals and matching them with suitable opportunities.
• Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust candidate pipeline by consistently engaging potential hires and tracking their availability and preferences.
• Placement Coordination: Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and ensure the timely placement of bench consultants.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to improve placement strategies.
• Communication: Maintain excellent communication with candidates and clients, addressing queries and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process.
• Reporting: Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and placements; prepare regular recruitment activity reports.
