Job Title: Bench Sales Recruiter – Night Shift (Only Local to Indore)

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Onsite Only)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Indore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for marketing available consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the U.S. market. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a proven track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively market H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and TN candidates to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
• Develop strong vendor/client networks and maintain long-term professional relationships.
• Identify and qualify job requirements, submit suitable profiles, and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Negotiate rates and contract terms with vendors and clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Maintain a well-organized database of candidates and marketing activities.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, provide feedback, and support them until successful placement.
• Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly placement targets through strategic bench marketing.
• Stay updated with U.S. job market trends, visa regulations, and vendor networks to maximize opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–5 years of experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in U.S. IT Staffing. We are welcoming freshers also.
• Proven experience marketing and placing candidates with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
• Strong understanding of various visa classifications including H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and TN.
• Proficiency in U.S. job portals (Dice, Indeed, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn), vendor lists, and professional networks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Willingness to work night shifts (U.S. time zone).

Only candidates who are currently residing in Indore and are willing to work night shifts will be considered.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,837.80 - ₹34,198.15 per month
