Role Description

This full-time, on-site Bench Sales Recruiter role is based in Mahesana. The recruiter will be responsible for managing the entire sales recruitment and hiring lifecycle, focusing on identifying and placing qualified candidates. The daily tasks will include sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and managing accounts effectively. The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with teams to achieve recruitment goals.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Recruitment and Full-life Cycle Recruiting
• Experience in Hiring and Account Management
• Excellent Communication skills for liaising with candidates and clients
• Strong organizational and time management skills for overseeing recruitment processes
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in HR, Business, or related fields
• Experience in the IT job market is advantageous
