Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bench Sales Recruiter located in Mahesana. The Bench Sales Recruiter will be responsible for the complete sales recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, recruiting, and placing IT professionals. Daily tasks include account management, handling communication with clients and candidates, and ensuring hiring targets are met. The role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain client relationships.
