Role Description: We are seeking a Bench Sales Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role that involves working with IT consultants, marketing their profiles to potential clients, and ensuring successful placements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end Bench Sales recruitment and establishing strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Work with IT consultants on the bench, understanding their skills, experience, and job preferences. Identify suitable job opportunities by coordinating with direct clients and vendors. Market and submit consultant profiles to potential employers and clients. Negotiate rates, contract terms, and work closely with hiring managers to secure placements. Maintain a strong database of consultants and client requirements for streamlined operations. Develop and maintain professional relationships with consultants, vendors, and clients. Stay updated with current market trends, new client requirements, and best practices in recruitment. Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment (freshers with good communication skills can apply). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Basic knowledge of IT technologies and US staffing practices is preferred. Strong negotiation and sales skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
