Ø Manage and market a bench of consultants by proactively identifying suitable opportunities through vendors, clients, and partners.
Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Ø Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
Ø Submit consultants for open requirements, follow up on interviews, and coordinate on boarding processes.
Ø Track submissions, interviews, and placement metrics to ensure targets are met.
Ø Manage a team of bench sales recruiters (if applicable) and monitor their performance.
Ø Maintain an updated database of consultants’ skills, availability, and resume pipelines.
Ø Use portals to market bench candidates.
Ø Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines and documentation processes.
Ø Strong network of prime vendors, implementation partners, and end clients.
Ø Proficiency in using job portals, Social media platforms and vendor platforms.
Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets.
Ø Experience in managing a team.
Ø Strong organizational and time-management skills.
v Prior experience working in a US-based IT staffing or consulting company.
