Job Description: Role: Bench Sales Manager Relevant Experience: 2 - 5 years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales and marketing of our bench consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and vendor relationships, identifying business opportunities, and effectively placing consultants on projects with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. Key Responsibilities: Ø Manage and market a bench of consultants by proactively identifying suitable opportunities through vendors, clients, and partners. Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Ø Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients. Ø Submit consultants for open requirements, follow up on interviews, and coordinate on boarding processes. Ø Track submissions, interviews, and placement metrics to ensure targets are met. Ø Manage a team of bench sales recruiters (if applicable) and monitor their performance. Ø Maintain an updated database of consultants’ skills, availability, and resume pipelines. Ø Use portals to market bench candidates. Ø Ensure compliance with immigration guidelines and documentation processes. Requirements: Ø Proven experience in bench sales / IT staffing for the US, UK, Canada market. Ø Strong network of prime vendors, implementation partners, and end clients. Ø Proficiency in using job portals, Social media platforms and vendor platforms. Ø Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ø Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive sales targets. Ø Experience in managing a team. Ø Strong organizational and time-management skills. Preferred Experience v Prior experience working in a US-based IT staffing or consulting company. v Knowledge of various IT technologies , industry verticals, and current market trends . v Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed monthly placement and revenue targets .
