Job Description: Role: Bench Sales Manager Relevant Experience: 2 - 5 years Location: Gurgaon, Haryana Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Bench Sales Manager to oversee and drive the sales and marketing of our bench consultants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client and vendor relationships, identifying business opportunities, and effectively placing consultants on projects with implementation partners, system integrators, and direct clients. Key Responsibilities: Ø Manage and market a bench of consultants by proactively identifying suitable opportunities through vendors, clients, and partners. Ø Build and maintain strong relationships with prime vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients. Ø Negotiate rates and close deals with vendors and clients.
