Job Description

As a Bench Sales Executive at MRCC, your role involves business development in US IT sales, focusing on getting new leads for H1 candidates on the bench and maintaining existing prime vendor relations to enhance business. Your responsibilities include generating requirements from new and existing vendors through cold calling, expertise in skill marketing of H1 candidates, understanding vendor requirements, shortlisting suitable candidates, negotiating rates, making timely submissions, and providing all necessary information to vendors for end client submissions. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on submittals, briefing candidates on the interview process, closing placements, and maintaining good relations with vendors and candidates until the candidate starts the job. Key Responsibilities: - Marketing talented Visa Dependent Engineers for new project assignments - Understanding candidate resumes and matching them with client requirements - Searching for direct client requirements and submitting suitable profiles - Working directly with Tier 1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients to find matching profiles from the existing bench - Communicating with candidates daily, updating them on client submissions and interview scheduling - Following up with candidates and clients at each stage until placement - Generating new vendor leads and maintaining the contacts database - Segregating leads and adding new contacts to the database - Committing towards achieving desired results and ensuring monthly placement targets are met Experience Required: - Overall: 6-8 years - Bench Sales: 5 years (Must) - Recruiting: 5 years (Preferred) Perks of Working at MRCC: - Competitive base salary with commission - Real career progression opportunities - Good social scene and lively working environment,
