Job Description

Key Responsibilities Create high-quality 2D/3D animations for characters, environments, and UI elements. Design and develop compelling visual assets, including storyboards, style frames, and motion graphics. Collaborate with creative directors, illustrators, video editors, and developers to ensure consistency in visual style and storytelling. Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize animation strategies and design solutions. Revise animations and designs based on team and client feedback. Ensure all output aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Optimize animations and graphics for different platforms (web, mobile, social, etc.). Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of professional experience in animation and design. Proficiency in animation software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Animate, Spine, or Blender). Strong skills in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Solid understanding of the 12 principles of animation. Knowledge of motion design trends and UI/UX animation principles. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team. Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Strong portfolio showcasing animation and design work.
