Bench Sales Executive

Act as a liaison between in-house developers and clients/vendors in the US market. Market bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, US Citizen, etc.) through various channels. Identify and pursue project opportunities matching consultants’ skillsets (Java, .NET, Python, Salesforce, etc.). Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners. Use job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), LinkedIn, and networking groups for consultant marketing. Coordinate interviews, rate negotiations, and onboarding for consultants. Maintain and update the consultant tracker (availability, skills, project status). Ensure consultants are prepared for client interviews and supported during project transition. Generate daily/weekly marketing and placement reports. Meet or exceed placement targets and maintain high consultant satisfaction.
