Telecaller

Position Summary We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Telecaller to join our Business Development team. This role is crucial for generating new business leads and setting appointments for our sales executives. The ideal candidate will be articulate, persuasive, and comfortable pitching two distinct service lines: comprehensive digital marketing/social media services and advanced parking space management solutions. Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation & Outreach (Digital Services): Conduct high-volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients (small to medium-sized businesses) across various industries. Clearly articulate the value proposition of our digital and social media services, including SEO, paid advertising, content creation, and website development. Qualify leads by understanding their current marketing challenges, digital footprint, and budget constraints. Identify and contact decision-makers (e.g., Marketing Managers, Business Owners, CEOs). Lead Generation & Outreach (Parking Solutions): Conduct outbound calls to specific target markets, including commercial real estate companies, property developers, corporate campuses, and municipal bodies. Pitch our parking space solutions, focusing on benefits such as space optimization, revenue generation, reduced unauthorized parking, and smart technology implementation. Identify pain points related to property management and parking utilization. Sales Support & Administration: Schedule qualified appointments and introductory meetings for the senior sales team. Maintain meticulous records of all calls, contacts, and outcomes in the CRM system (e.g., call logs, follow-up activities, and lead status updates). Follow up on warm leads generated from marketing campaigns and past inquiries. Achieve or exceed daily and monthly targets for calls, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
