Leads will be provided — your role is to call, explain the loan products, and convert them into clients. 🔹 Roles & Responsibilities )Make outbound calls to assigned leads and clearly communicate loan offerings. Identify customer requirements, verify basic details, and check eligibility as per company guidelines. Maintain accurate call logs, follow-up records, and conversion updates in the system. Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a smooth onboarding and documentation process.
