Job Description – Voice Process Executive Location: HSR Layout Experience: 6 months – 1 year Salary: Up to ₹25,000 per month Work Mode: Work From Office Shift: Rotational (as per business requirement) Joining: Immediate joiners preferred About the Role We are hiring proactive and customer-focused Voice Process Executives to manage customer interactions and provide support over calls. The role requires good communication skills, strong customer handling capabilities, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism. Resolve customer queries and provide accurate product/service information. Maintain call logs, customer details, and update CRM systems. Adhere to quality standards, scripts, and compliance guidelines. Meet performance metrics such as AHT, quality scores, and attendance. Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members and follow up. Maintain a positive and customer-first attitude on every call. Required Skills6 months to 1 year experience in a voice process / call center environment. Good English communication and clear telephone etiquette. Basic computer knowledge and ability to navigate CRM tools. Strong listening skills and problem-solving ability. Willingness to work in rotational shifts. Eligibility Criteria: Any graduate/undergraduate with relevant experience. Notice period: Immediate / 15 days preferred. Should be comfortable with work-from-office in HSR Layout.
