Description

:We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Bench Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of experience in US Bench Sales/ IT Recruitment. The Bench Sales Executive will be involved in marketing our bench consultants and ensuring their successful placement with clients


.Responsibilitie

  • s:Understand job requirements and outline resumes precisely, formatting them as require
  • d.Maintain a hotlist of available consultants and communicate with them daily to update them about submissions and interview
  • s.Utilize job portals such as LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, etc., to identify potential opportunities for consultant
  • s.Familiarity with US tax terms such as W2, Corp-2-Corp, and 1099, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirement
  • s.Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with consultants, vendors, and internal team member
  • s.Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools for documentation, reporting, and communication purpos
