Job Description Soft Skills / Behavioral Trainer Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Mode: In-Person (Offline Training at Colleges) Company: TechnoGen India Pvt Ltd About the Program: TechnoGen India Pvt Ltd is delivering campus-to-corporate behavioral training for final year B.Tech and Degree students across 40–45 colleges in Hyderabad and Bangalore. The aim is to build the employability skills that students need to succeed in the corporate world. Bonus : Travel Allowances will be provided to the trainers for visiting college campuses. Role: We are seeking Soft Skills / Behavioral Trainers to coach and mentor students on essential professional and interpersonal skills to thrive in the workplace. Topics to Cover: Transition from Campus to Corporate Verbal & Non-verbal Communication Business Writing & Email Etiquette Presentation Skills Time Management & Goal Setting Cultural Sensitivity Assertiveness & Team Building Interpersonal & Networking Skills Virtual Meeting Etiquettes Self-Development & Change Management Business Acumen Responsibilities: Conduct in-person soft skills workshops at colleges. Use interactive activities, roleplays, and real-world examples. Design engaging content and materials. Build confidence and readiness among students. Provide feedback and encourage participation. Requirements: Prior experience in soft skills or behavioral training. Excellent communication and facilitation skills. Energetic personality with a passion for teaching. Experience working with students or entry-level professionals.
