Job Description

Role & responsibilities

To handle behavioral training programs for Sobha employees at L1 L2 & L3 levels pan India.(Junior staff to Sr. Manager level), if needed, for AGM and above as a need-based sessions.
To design new content as and when the need arises.
To conduct post effectiveness evaluation for all planned behavioral training programs.
To provide inputs to training coordinators in preparing quarterly behavioral training calendar and other training processes.
To assist RA to design, need based training programs.
To conduct Training need analysis by coordinating with Department heads from time to time to understand the relevant training requirements and designing the need-based content suiting to the organizational requirement
