Beauty Advisor / Promoter

You will be working as a Beauty Advisor/Promoter for Herbs&Hugs at their exclusive outlet located inside Le Mridien, Kochi. Your role will involve interacting with customers, understanding their skincare and wellness requirements, recommending suitable products, conducting demos and trials, and achieving sales targets through effective engagement and upselling. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining product knowledge, ensuring well-stocked displays, tracking sales and stock movement, and providing feedback for improving service quality. As a Beauty Advisor/Promoter, you should have a minimum of 12 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in beauty or personal care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a passion for skincare, wellness, and customer service. You should have a neat grooming and professional presentation, be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays, and be fluent in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a bonus). A diploma in cosmetology or wellness would be an added advantage.
