Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related creative field. Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related discipline. Job Responsibilities • Designing of logo, products, company related digitals. • Leading and managing the creative team to ensure innovative and compelling designs. • Conceptualizing and executing creative strategies for advertising and promotional campaigns. • Collaborating with the marketing and product teams to ensure the consistency and effectiveness of creative outputs. • Ensuring brand alignment across all visual and creative elements of our products and services. • Creating brand designs, mock-ups and other aspects related to it. • Managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and maintaining the quality of work. • Providing feedback and mentoring junior designers and team members to enhance their creative skills.
