About the Role :

Beat Trainer

training, coaching, retail excellence, and telecom products

Key Responsibilities :

Design and execute
training calendars and beat plans
based on business and skill gap analysis
Deliver engaging training sessions on
product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer experience
Conduct
on-ground store visits
to train Customer Relationship Officers (CROs)
Ensure consistent
implementation of training standards and guidelines
across retail outlets
Monitor staff performance and drive
training, certification, and productivity targets
Identify capability gaps and implement
actionable training solutions
to improve sales outcomes
Support
induction and continuous learning
for new and existing retail staff

Skills & Competencies :

Strong
training delivery and coaching skills
Excellent
communication and stakeholder management
abilities
Hands-on knowledge of
telecom products, mobile devices, and retail selling techniques
Understanding of
customer service processes and CX frameworks
High energy, result-oriented, and comfortable with extensive field travel
