BDM - Technical Sales

Role Overview We are seeking a performance-driven Techno-Commercial Business Development Manager who can understand client technical needs, negotiate effectively, and close high-value deals. The candidate will handle warm/hot leads, engage in solution discussions, create commercial proposals, and ensure successful deal closures. Key Responsibilities Manage and convert qualified inbound leads into successful sales closures. Conduct product/technical presentations and articulate value offerings clerly. Prepare commercial proposals, BOQs, pricing documents, and negotiation strategies. Negotiate commercial terms, finalize pricing, and close deals with profitability. Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term account value. Coordinate with internal teams (Technical, Project, Finance) for seamless project handover. Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline visibility, and weekly sales reporting. Required Skills & Competencies Strong technical understanding of product/solution offerings. Proven deal negotiation and closing experience. Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. Ability to understand customer pain points and map suitable solutions. Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot / Zoho / Salesforce etc.) is an advantage.
