Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Manager (BDM) specializing in Staffing & Recruiting. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to successful placement. The role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to reach potential clients, negotiating contracts, and overseeing client accounts. Additionally, the BDM will work closely with internal teams to ensure that staffing solutions are tailored to client needs and align with industry trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in BD in staffing
• Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
• Recruitment Process Management, Candidate Sourcing, and Placement skills
• Market Research and Strategic Planning skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
• Proficiency in using recruitment platforms and CRM tools
• Experience in the staffing and recruiting industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
