This role requires an excellent understanding of Agile methodologies and a strong commitment to ensuring successful business outcomes for our clients.Key Responsibilities: Drive Partner-Led Growth, Incremental Growth, and Delivery-Led Growth strategies.Theideal candidate will play a key role in Sales and Growth by leading Presales activities,managing RFP submissions, and developing long-term strategies to foster businessexpansion. This role requires a deep understanding of growth levers and the ability tocollaborate across teams to accelerate revenue and ensure client satisfaction. Drive the design and implementation of innovative retail strategies, leveraging cutting-edgedigital, cloud, and AI technologies in areas such as supply chain (with a focus on inventorymanagement, logistics, order management & procurement), omnichannel commerce,customer experience platforms, and smart retail innovations. Collaborate closely with retail, fashion industry, distribution, apparels, and consumer goodsclients to understand their business needs, identify problems, and propose effectivecomprehensive solutions (including blueprints & design specifications), lead theimplementation of transformation projects by providing architectural guidance & oversightthroughout the project lifecycle from initial concept to delivering successful engagementoutcomes.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, 12+ years of experience inIT, with a focus on solution architecture and transformation. Proven experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of retail businessprocesses and technologies. A strategic mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends in retail and translate theminto actionable opportunities for clients. Demonstrated ability to lead complex transformation solutions from concept to delivery. Experience in designing and implementing solutions such as cloud platforms, retailenterprise resource planning (ERP) systems including supply chain solutions, data analytics,Point of Sale (POS), payments solutions, and digital platforms (e.g. eCommerce, OrderManagement). Experience working with software platforms that support Buyers, planners andMerchandisers. Deep understanding of cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emergingcomputing trends, within the Retail industry. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively withclients and stakeholders.
