Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Jaipur. The BDM will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include market research, networking, meeting potential clients, and preparing proposals. The role also involves working closely with various internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project execution.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management
• Experience in conducting market research and competitive analysis
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
