Job Description

You will be joining Gitakshmi Technologies Private Ltd. as a Business Development Manager for SAP/ERP solutions at the Ahmedabad office. Your main responsibilities will include building and nurturing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales of SAP/ERP solutions. You will need to evaluate customer needs, create and deliver presentations, manage the sales pipeline, and collaborate with technical teams for solution implementations. Additionally, you will be involved in market research and outreach activities to boost revenue growth and expand the business. Key Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong client relationships - Identify and capitalize on business opportunities - Drive sales of SAP/ERP solutions - Evaluate customer needs and propose appropriate solutions - Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients - Manage the sales pipeline effectively - Coordinate with technical teams for successful solution deployments - Conduct market research and lead generation activities - Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets Qualifications: - Proficiency in SAP/ERP systems and knowledge of consulting, advisory, and application maintenance services - Strong business development and client relationship management skills - Familiarity with market research, lead generation, and sales strategy development - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities - Capability to manage sales pipelines effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience in IT services or digital transformation solutions; familiarity with RPA, cloud, AI, or IoT would be advantageous - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field; an MBA or relevant SAP/ERP certification is a plus.
