We are now looking for a bold, fearless, performance-driven Business Development Manager who is not just chasing commissions but is ready to build empires. If you believe you're born to break limits and build partnerships that create market waves, this is your call to step up.

Key Responsibilities

Prospect Relentlessly

  • Identify new leads, markets, and business segments across RWAs, Societies, Restaurants, Brands, and Corporate Networks.
  • Build and nurture a strong pipeline using strategic outreach, referrals, and smart digital touchpoints.

Pitch with Authority

  • Craft compelling proposals and sales pitches for events, exhibitions, brand collaborations, and influencer activations.
  • Meet clients, close deals, and ensure a personalized, value-driven experience.

Close and Deliver Results

  • Achieve and exceed monthly revenue goals through proactive selling.
  • Secure new bookings for events, campaigns, and partnerships across city zones.

Retain and Grow Accounts

  • Maintain long-term relationships and upsell future events, campaigns, or seasonal offers.
  • Act as the single point of contact for key clients post-sale, ensuring seamless delivery and repeat business.

Collaborate with Excellence

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams including marketing, creative, and event execution to deliver flawless experiences.
  • Gather insights and feedback from clients to improve offerings and sales approach.

Who We're Looking For

  • 3 to 6 years of hands-on sales experience in Events, Exhibitions, Brand Activations, Corporate Sales, or Lifestyle Marketing.
  • Prior exposure to RWAs, Housing Societies, Restaurants, or Brand Managers is a strong advantage.
  • Must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with strong ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, growth-oriented environment.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.

  • Monthly revenue target achievements
  • Number of events or sponsorships closed
  • Conversion ratio from leads to confirmed deals
  • Repeat business and account retention rate
  • Strategic relationship development across categories

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
