Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our sales team in the dental implant industry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical equipment sector.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the dental industry.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies.
Provide training and coaching to sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or qualifications are an asset.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in the dental or medical equipment sector.
Strong knowledge of dental implants, dental equipment, and B2B sales principles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze sales data and develop effective sales strategies.
