Key ResponsibilitiesHandle end-to-end sales activities from lead generation to project handover.Schedule and attend meetings with clients.Manage sales discussions, presentations, and negotiations.Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders.Visit client sites (if required) to understand requirements and take measurements.Work on and achieve monthly sales targets.Obtain client confirmation on products, designs, and quotations.Track and manage any changes after confirmation is given.Coordinate with the installation team and oversee site execution when required.Close projects by preparing and delivering all relevant documents, warranty/quality certificates, and handover reports.Handover completed projects to clients in a professional manner.Ensure timely collection of payments as per agreed terms.Plan, propose, and execute the expansion of sales channels through B2B sales.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate designers and architects.
Requirements & Skills4-5 years of proven sales experience in Corporate Office Furniture or related industry.Strong network with corporate designers and architects.Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada.Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multitask effectively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Team-building and collaboration abilities.Ability to relate to creative professionals and understand design needs.
