Key Responsibilities:

Talent Strategy & Needs Assessment:

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand specific job requirements, team needs, and long-term talent acquisition goals.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to various roles and departments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

Sourcing & Candidate Generation:

  • Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, professional networks, industry events, and employee referrals.
  • Employ advanced search techniques (e.g., Boolean search) to identify passive and active candidates.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Candidate Screening & Assessment:

  • Review and screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, motivations, and communication abilities.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule subsequent interviews, technical assessments, and panel interviews.
  • Gather and provide constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.

Offer Management & Onboarding:

  • Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and employment terms, ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Prepare and extend offer letters.
  • Facilitate a smooth transition for new hires, often assisting with pre-onboarding activities and ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Compliance & Administration:

  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with US labor laws, Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) guidelines, and visa regulations (e.g., H1B, Green Card, TN, E3).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and CRM.
  • Generate recruitment reports and analyze key metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, conversion rates) to identify areas for improvement.

Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with candidates, providing a positive and transparent experience.
  • Cultivate effective partnerships with hiring managers, HR business partners, and external agencies (if applicable).
  • Act as an ambassador for the company's employer brand, promoting its values and culture.
