BDM (Business Development Manager) - Assistant Manager - Female

Job Title: Assistant Manager – Business Development (Female) Experience Required: 3–6 years of experience in B2B or B2C business development, client handling, or sales management—preferably in coatings, construction chemicals, interior products, or FMCG. Job Responsibilities: Identify new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth. Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to meet client requirements. Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth metrics. Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Participate in exhibitions, client meetings, and field visits as required. Regular reporting on pipeline development, deal closures, and client feedback. Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Team collaboration and client-focused attitude. Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively. Comfortable with field visits and client interactions.
