Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager (BDM) located in Ahmedabad. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, creating business plans, and executing sales strategies. Additional responsibilities include market research, lead generation, negotiating deals, and meeting sales targets. The BDM will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and business growth.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Lead Generation
• Ability to create and execute Business Plans and Sales Strategies
• Excellent Negotiation and Communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the consultancy industry is a plus
