Job Description:

We are seeking an energetic and driven Business Development Manager to join our Pune-based team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting overall growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Prepare and present business proposals to clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align business strategies
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Attend client meetings, events, and conferences as required
• Provide timely reports and updates to management

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Knowledge of sales tools, CRM systems, and MS Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
