Role Overview: As a Business Development Executive, you will support international go-to-market efforts and be at the front line of lead generation, client engagement, and opportunity tracking. You will utilize digital tools, AI-powered platforms, and CRM systems to identify, pursue, and nurture business opportunities in the embedded electronics and product engineering space. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and qualify leads across domestic & global regions (North America, Europe, Middle East, APAC). - Use modern sales tools and AI platforms for prospecting, outreach, and market research. - Support the preparation of technical proposals, pitch decks, and client documentation. - Collaborate with senior sales leadership and engineering teams to align sales strategy with product capabilities. - Maintain CRM pipelines, track interactions, and ensure data integrity. - Assist in developing campaigns, case studies, and follow-up communication strategies. - Coordinate marketing for trade show participation, webinars, and digital campaigns. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics, CS, Business, or equivalent. - 2-4 years of experience in business development or pre-sales in tech, embedded, or IT services. - Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. - Passion for tech-driven sales and ability to grasp technical concepts quickly.
