Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive (BDE) based in Noida. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing proposals, and closing sales. The BDE will collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients and will be required to meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Should have experience on generating leads from Linkedin, Sales navigator, Apollo, Lusha etc.
• Ability to do market research, lead generation, and cold calls
• Experience in the digital consulting and business solutions domain, including web development, eCommerce, and digital marketing
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools is a plus
