About the Role:

Presales Intern

B2B sales, business development, or client engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct

  cold calls

  to potential B2B clients to introduce the company's products/services.
• Research and identify target companies, decision-makers, and business opportunities.
• Qualify leads based on interest, business fit, and readiness to engage with the sales team.
• Follow up on marketing-generated leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Maintain and update lead details, call outcomes, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, or discovery calls.
• Support the presales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and outreach templates.
• Gather feedback from prospects and share insights to help improve outreach strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field).
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confidence and clarity in speaking with professionals over the phone.
• Basic understanding of B2B sales and lead generation concepts.
• Strong research and organization skills.
• Self-driven, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Good to Have

• Prior experience (internship or project) in telecalling, inside sales, or customer engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
• Understanding of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing.
