Key Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities through various channels (Upwork, LinkedIn, Email, Calls, Networking, etc.)

Generate and qualify leads, build strong sales pipelines, and convert them into potential clients.

Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions.

Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals and presentations.

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to ensure smooth communication.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development / IT Sales (service-based company preferred).

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with lead generation platforms (e.g., Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clutch, etc.) is a plus.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player.

Excellent English proficiency (written & verbal).
