Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our EdTech sales teamYou will be responsible for identifying potential customers, driving engagement, managing leads, and closing sales to help grow our customer base.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where you can directly impact the future of education.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and qualify potential customers (students, parents, institutions) via outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct market research to build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Customer Engagement:
Conduct virtual meetings, product demos, and discovery calls with U.S.-based prospects.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate EdTech solutions.
Sales & Conversions:
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel and close deals effectively.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.
Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Generate and analyze reports to track performance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
