Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executives (Freshers) who are eager to learn and grow in the field of IT Sales and Business Development. The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email marketing, etc.).
  • Understand client requirements and present appropriate IT/digital solutions offered by Bringle Tech.
  • Support senior team members in client meetings, demos, and proposal preparations.
  • Maintain and update client data, follow up on leads, and ensure proper communication flow.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Achieve monthly targets set for domestic and international client acquisition.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and presentation abilities.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or software solutions (training will be provided).
  • Proactive, target-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Good command over MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or any related field.
  • MBA or Postgraduate students in Marketing or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Training & Support:

Selected candidates will undergo a structured 45–60 days industrial training on:

  • Lead generation and client handling.
  • Domestic and international business communication.
  • Proposal writing and client onboarding processes.
  • CRM and reporting tools usage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
