🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Understand client profiles (founders, MSMEs, NBFCs, fintech startups)
• Identify business pain points in:
• Payments & Remittance
• Lending / BNPL / NBFC tech
• Digital KYC & Compliance
• Neo-banking & fintech platforms
• Explain Finza’s fintech solutions clearly and confidently
• Qualify leads and assess seriousness & readiness
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with internal consultants
• Maintain CRM updates and lead follow-ups
• Build long-term client relationships based on trust

🧠 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–5 years of experience in

  B2B sales / fintech sales / SaaS sales / BFSI

• Strong understanding of

  fintech, banking, or financial services

  (basic to advanced)
• Excellent communication & listening skills
• Ability to ask the

  right questions

  and diagnose client needs
• Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, and CXOs
• Consultative mindset (solution-first, not product-pushing)
• Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn outreach, industry events, communities, and personal connections

⭐ Good to Have (Prior BFSI Industry Exposure)

• Experience in fintech, NBFCs, payments, lending, or compliance sales
• Prior experience in appointment-setting or solution consulting
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
• Exposure to GCC / international clients is a plus
