The Business Development Executive role is essential for Identifying profitable business opportunities, building relations, driving revenue growth and sales effort and you will also have to work closely with the sales team to develop and implement effective business development strategies We’re currently searching for an experienced business development manager who can partner with multiple departments to drive measurable results that benefit our business.

### *Roles & Responsibilities:*

* Identify and generate leads for student enrollments in IT and Non-IT training programs.

* Conduct outreach activities through calls, emails, social media, and educational seminars.

* Understand student needs and counsel them on suitable courses and career paths.

* Collaborate with corporates/organizations for student placement opportunities and partnerships.

* Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, training institutes, and industry partners.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for admissions and placements.

* Prepare reports on sales activities, market trends, and student feedback.

* Represent the company in career fairs, workshops, and promotional events.

### *Requirements:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Marketing/Any Graduate.

* 1–2 years of experience in EdTech sales, counseling, or student outreach (preferred).

* Strong communication, presentation, and persuasive skills.

* Target-oriented mindset with ability to work under deadlines.

* Passion for education, training, and student success.
