• Mindcoders is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for crafting visually compelling designs that enhance our brand presence across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design engaging visual content for marketing campaigns, including social media graphics, website assets, banners, brochures, and email templates.
• Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions for various projects.
• Ensure brand consistency across all design materials by adhering to style guidelines.
• Develop infographics, promotional materials, and presentation designs.
• Edit and retouch images for use in campaigns and platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and similar tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. A creative portfolio showcasing your design work (academic, freelance, or professional projects).
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
