Job Title: Business Development Executive Company: PRISM Glass Decor Location: Surat, Gujarat Industry: Glass Bottle Coating & Printing (Perfume/Cosmetic Packaging) Experience: 1–3 years (Freshers with strong communication skills can apply) Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base and promote our premium glass coating and printing services. You will play a key role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships with clients in the cosmetic and perfume industry, and helping grow PRISM Glass Decor’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients in the perfume, cosmetic, and FMCG sectors. Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, online platforms, and field visits. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and provide suitable packaging solutions. Follow up on inquiries, prepare quotations, and close deals. Collaborate with design and production teams for smooth order execution. Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events for networking. Maintain CRM records, prepare reports, and update management on sales performance. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive attitude. Basic knowledge of packaging or printing industry is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
