Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Associate located in Hyderabad. As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and developing strategic plans to drive business growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, preparing sales pitches, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to achieve company objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Experience in Market Research and Strategic Planning
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Relevant experience in the EdTech or IT services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
