Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Associate (BDA) at Graducia, based in New Delhi with some work-from-home flexibility. The BDA will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients, conducting market research, and participating in sales and marketing activities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to prospective clients, pitching our programs, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. Qualifications Strong sales and negotiation skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to conduct market research and identify business opportunities Experience in relationship building and client management Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team Relevant experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
