Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Business Development Associate (BDA). The BDA will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with clients, and working closely with the sales and marketing teams to meet targets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. The BDA will also be involved in organizing and attending networking events.

Qualifications

• Business development, Client relationship management, and Sales skills
• Experience in Market research and Preparing business proposals
• Excellent negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with CRM software and Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the technology or AI industry is a plus
