Description
Strong stakeholder management, candidate should be proficient in French. Collaborate with French stakeholders to understand business requirements, work with teams/POCs in France region to document the customer problems. Preferred skills Develop and maintain core banking applications, modules. Implement and integrate core banking modules, including like accounts management, transactions processing, customer relationship management (CRM), and reporting/analytics etc. Design and optimize database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for core banking systems, ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability. Collaborate with quality assurance (QA) engineers to ensure that software solutions meet quality standards, including functional requirements, performance benchmarks, and security best practices. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and share best practices to promote a culture of learning, collaboration, and excellence within the development team. Mandatory Skills Functional/Technical Experience in core, corporate banking systems, other financial services, or related domains. Understanding of software development methodologies, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles. Experience with any of relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) and proficiency in SQL and database design. Familiarity with modern software development tools and practices, including version control systems (e.g., Git), IDEs (e.g., IntelliJ IDEA, Visual Studio), and agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban). Should have good communication skills in French language. problem-solving, analytical skills. Business Analyst experience is nice to have.
